RRC Commissioners Assess Over $1.8 Million in Penalties
November 19, 2024The Railroad Commission of Texas assessed $1,899, 288 in fines involving 452 enforcement dockets against operators and businesses at the Commissioners’ Conference on Tuesday. The Commission has primary oversight and enforcement of the state’s oil and gas industry and intrastate pipeline safety.
